• Delivery within the UK (except the Channel Islands) is FREE.
• Items to be posted to destinations abroad will be charged at the rate Royal Mail demands, but customers will be contacted regarding the cost of postage before any  item is posted.
• All items will be posted  presentation boxed.
• Delivery should be within 1 - 5 days (excepting weekends).  If this is not possible or if there is a delay for any reason then the customer will be notified.
   

• We offer a full refund if goods are returned within 14 days of Purchase.
• Please make sure you ask for a stamped ‘Certificate of Posting’ to keep as a receipt, when return or exchanging items.
• Returned goods must be in their original condition.  We would suggest that you use the same packaging that we used to send the item.
