Please don't worry if something does'nt fit or is not suitable because you can return the goods and we will do our best to refund or exchange the item involved. You will have 14 days from the despatch date shown on you receipt in which to return the goods. Please quote the receipt number and stock number which you will find on the receipt included in the delivery. We regret we do not exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Returned goods must be in their original condition. We would suggest that you use the same packaging that we used to send the item.
Postage and packing is FREE for items sent to locations within the UK mainland (except the Channel Islands). Items are sent securely by recorded delivery so they arrive quickly and in the excellent condition they left in.
Please take care of your items it ensure they stay in good condition. Always avoid contact with aerosols, bleach, soap, cosmetics, perfumes or other forms of chemicals and do not soak in water.
Jewellerywow will never discuss your private details with any third parties whatsoever. From time to time we may send you details of special offers, please reply to the email or state at the time of purchase that you do not wish to receive these updates.
All the gold jewellery we well is 9ct gold and all carat weights are for diamond weight only. Diamond carat weights quoted are approximate total weights. A different length of chain may be ordered with a pendant if the one shown is not the correct length or design you would wish. All the silver jewellery is sterling silver (.925) and compliant with hallmarking standards.
The Fiorelli Costume Jewellery Collectiion. Unless otherwise stated, stones are either glass, crystal or synthetic materials. Metals used in the collection are all base metals and are either a white or yellow alloy, and are nickel compliant.
The earrings are not suitable for the initial piercing or healing period.
We reserve the right to withdraw special offer items at any time, and will offer you a refund of any monies paid if your item was ordered after the offer was withdrawn/or if no stock is available. Your statutory rights are not affected. Returns which are posted outside the 14 days will be deemed your property and will be returned unless prior agreemnet has been sought. Our decision is final as to whether or not products are deemed unworn and have been returned in perfect condition. We reserve the right to reject a returned item if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
