Returns and refunds

If something you have bought from us does not fit or is not suitable you can return the item within 14 days of the despatch date shown on your receipt which will be with the item purchased.  Returns which are postmarked outside of the 14 days will be deemed your property and will be returned unless agreement has been reached between ourselves.  Please email june@jewellerywow.com or telephone before returning items.

Please quote the receipt number and the stock number which you will find on the receipt included in the delivery.  We regret that due to reasons of hygiene we cannot exchange earrings.  

Returned goods must be in their original condition.  We would suggest that you use the same packaging that we used to send the item.  Any items returned by post are done so at your own risk.
We reserve the right to reject a returned item if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.  

We reserve the right to withdraw special offer items at any time, and will offer you a refund of any monies paid if your items was ordered after the offer was withdrawn/or if no stock available.  Your statutory rights are not affected.
