We store any information you give us securely using high-level SSL encryption technology - the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Our Customer Services team are here to help with any problems.
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately not, you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you want to buy.
I have received my order but one of the items is missing, what do I do?
Please contact our Customer Services team who will investigate this matter.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item please contact us and our Customer Services team will advise you how to return it free of charge.
How do I place an order?
Start browsing through our different products and collections, which can be seen by clicking one of the categories along the top bar. When you have found the product you'd like to purchase, simply click 'ADD TO BASKET'. Continue browsing if you'd like to purchase more products, or proceed straight to CHECKOUT, which you will find in a link from your Shopping BAsket, or alternatively, can be found at the top right corner of the page.
Do I need to open an account to order goods?
No. You will have an option to register at the end of the checkout. This will give you the option to track your order, manage your addresses for quick checkout, save baskets and much more!
How do I know when my order has been received?
An email will automatically be sent to you as the order is processed, then you will receive another when your order has been dispatched.
How and when will my purchases be delivered?
Your order will be sent via royal mail. All orders are sent recorded delivery and will require a signature upon receipt. We aim to deliver most orders within one week but as everything is made to order sometimes it can take a few days longer. Delivery time will be longer for orders outside of the UK. Please contact us for more information on delivery outside the UK.
